    well, you don't need anyone send you a copy, because you can make a copy at home. Just buy a new SD card, 8G, class 10, sandisk. Then do the update as user manual instructed.

    Reply to 2 floor: The problem I am having is :-- I didnt register the tool since I purchased it and the sticker with the serial number isnt visible anymore. I am feeling so silly right now. Please, any help is much appreciated.

    Do you still keep the outer package? There is a serial number printed in the box.
